NUTRITION, TRAINING & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

NUTRITION

Nutrition coaching isn’t about what you can cut out of your life but more about what you can add into it to make it better and help you achieve your goals. Learning to make small tweaks and realize those small tweaks can add up to big changes. You’ll learn the fundamentals of nutrition like the importance of protein, energy balance, body ques, how mindset is important and work on different techniques to get the most out of your journey.

TRAINING

At Go West i have a private gym for 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 personal training and i also put on small group training sessions of up to 3-4 people. In the personal training sessions you’ll be shown how to perform the exercises correctly to try and avoid injuries and get the most out of your sessions and these sessions are tailored to your personal goals and targets. The small group exercise sessions are pre planned classes where you can come and give 100%, get a sweat on and meet new people. All my sessions are performed in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.

LIFESTYLE SUPPORT

You will be supported through all aspects of your lifestyle from probably the most important aspect which is your sleep routine to hydration, NEAT to mindset shift. Lifestyle is more then what you eat its what makes you happy, reducing stress levels and focusing on the little wins that all add up and eventually get you to where you want to be whether that be fat loss, lifting heavier or better, being healthier for your kids or grand kids or even just understanding what you can change to better YOU!
